My work sits at the intersection of maternal health, community care, education, advocacy, program strategy, and leadership. I help people and organizations move from good intentions to meaningful, human-centered action.
More than one title
I am a maternal health strategist, doula, educator, consultant, trainer, nonprofit leader, and community builder. Those roles are not separate pieces of my work. They are different expressions of the same commitment: helping people navigate systems with greater dignity, clarity, support, and power.
About Chantel
I bring together lived experience, community health, maternal health, nonprofit leadership, communications, program development, and direct family support. I am most energized by work that asks better questions, strengthens access, improves systems, and makes care more responsive to the people it is meant to serve.
I do not believe meaningful change happens only in boardrooms, clinics, classrooms, or community spaces. It happens when those worlds actually talk to one another. My work is often about building that bridge.

My Story
I spent years raising my family, returned to school, entered nonprofit and community health work, built programs, supported families, became a doula, stepped into leadership, and eventually realized that what connected all of my work was not a single job title.
It was the work of helping people navigate systems that were not always built with them in mind. Today, I bring that perspective into every room I enter, whether I am supporting a family, developing a training, strengthening a program, facilitating a conversation, or speaking to a room full of professionals.
